How do I know what Ring Size I am?

Australian Jewellers use the British Ring Sizing system, therefore using letters to measure ring sizes. You will want to measure your rings in millimeters to get to closest you can to the corresponding letter.

Firstly, find a ring that fits the finger that you want the new ring for, make sure you pick a ring that is round. Secondly measure the diameter of the ring and compare with the chart to the left. If you don’t have a ring that fits, see if you can find something else that could work or fashion something yourself. Just make sure you are measuring the diameter of something that is round! Not something that is out of shape.

Do you ship outside of Australia?

Currently, we do not ship outside of Australia. Please contact us if you would like something delivered overseas.

Is it safe to receive my purchases through the mail?

Completely safe. When we post things to you we use priority shipping and ALWAYS ship with a Signature on delivery. If you aren’t there to sign for the parcel, it is taken back to the post office to wait for collection. (This is why shipping costs us so much)

How long will my order take to get to me?

Once you have placed your order, it is packaged and mailed within 48 hours, at which point you will receive an email with a tracking number through Australia Post and your parcel will be delivered in 3 - 7 business days depending where you live.

How long do Custom Orders take to be sent?

Once you have confirmed a custom order, you will be required to make a 50% deposit. Once the deposit has been paid, the order will commence. Jewellery can take between 2 to 4 weeks to make and will be advised at the time of the quote. Once the Jewellery is completed you will be sent photos and be required to make full payment before the order will be shipped.

Do you have After Pay?

Currently we do not support After Pay. However, we are working to get Paypal which has a payment plan option.

I personally do not offer payment plans nor pay after delivery options.
