Shipping and Returns

Delivery

If you have purchased an item off the website, it will be packaged and sent within the first 48 hours.

Thereafter shipping can take anywhere between 3 - 7 days depending where you live in Australia.

Customers are always provided with a tracking number and will have to sign for the parcel on delivery.

Returns

If you are unhappy with your purchase please email us within the first 48 hours of retrieving your parcel.

If your purchase is in any way damaged or faulty or not as advertised, you must email us within the first 48 hours of receiving your parcel to receive a refund.

We do not offer refunds for change of mind.
